Welcome to the Campaign Portal for Dr. Nila Devanath (“Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the portal located at campaign.niladevanath.com (the “Portal”), you (“user,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2) Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is a secure, internal platform for campaign staff, volunteers, and authorized users to access campaign-related information, tools, and resources. It is not intended for public use.

• We do not guarantee the Portal will always be secure, available, or error-free.
• The Campaign is not responsible for damages arising from your use of the Portal.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Campaign and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Portal.
